I’ve bought thousands of $ of GFC over the years. But the last two orders have had a foul odor that is deeply imbedded in the fabric. I’ve washed and washed the items, and it doesn’t fully come out. I contacted GFC and they offered no explanation other than saying my seperate two recent orders present a problem they have not heard of and are unaware of. They offered to exchange them- per their usual excellent customer service that I’ve experienced. But, I’m frustrated that two orders, a few months apart, have the same issue- this foul odor- and I’m being told it’s not something they know about? It gives me pause to order more. I’ll keep washing these items and while the pungency is diminishing, there is still a slight nasty smell. Who wants to spend this kind of money and have to deal with this?

I have a bunch of the Dylan bras, because with my busty bust I often have a face full of cleavage in foward fold or down dog. I got a ribbed paloma on regirlfriend a while back and it quickly became my favorite bra to exercise in. Flattering and functional. I am thrilled with my new one and Iam loving the dark olivey green color

I was truly shook by how terrible these bras smelled when they arrived. Stunk up my entire house with a chemically-rotten animal type smell. The smell persisted after washing and made the other laundry smell the same. 0/10, do not buy.

Look, I love this brand, I have bought from them several times in the past, and I know they make great products. I already have this same bra in another colorway, so I know it fits well, performs as it should, and stands the test of time. That being said, I cannot ignore the smell that came with this bra. Things you order sometimes come with an odd or unpleasant odor, I think we've all experienced that, but this is on another level. I'm really not being dramatic when I say I had to hang it outside the night it came because it was making my whole room smell. It's a very specific, almost sour, industrial smell that just leeches out into everything around it.

Hand washing didn't help, so I put it in the washing machine, which I normally don't like to do with bras in general, but I quite literally couldn't put it on my body smelling like that, so I didn't see another option. Not only did that not really get rid of the problem, it made the other stuff I washed with it ALSO SMELL BAD. Really not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I don't like to leave these kinds of reviews, and I still gave it three stars because I wouldn't feel right going lower on a product I already know fits and performs well, but this is crazy.
