I bought this item several weeks ago, and about two weeks ago I received an email saying the item had arrived when it had not. I waited a couple extra days to see if it turned up before emailing Girlfriend Collective. I didn't hear back. A week later I got an automated email asking me to either review the product or respond if the item hadn't arrived. I responded to that email and still got no reply from the company. I have emailed them two other times using the contact info on the site, but I'm getting nothing.

If you are buying from GC, pray that your item actually arrives and has no flaws, because if something's wrong, good luck getting customer service to help. I'm out over $70 for a bra I had to save up for. I know it's not a scam because I've bough from GC before and the bra I got then fit perfectly and held up well. I don't understand why this is happening, and I'm writing this review in hopes it will catch the attention of a GC representative (though at this point I'm not holding my breath).

(This review will say that the bra was true to size - the form does not let you submit a product review without stating the overall fit, so I just put the middle option.)

I ordered this item a few weeks ago, and received a notification on Monday, July 6th that it had been delivered, but it never actually arrived. I reached out to customer service a few days later to ask for next steps, hoping that the package had just been mislabeled as delivered. Never got a reply. A week later (Monday, July 13th), I got the email asking for me to review the product or to reply if the product had not arrived. I replied to that email, but still got no response. I've also emailed the main contact email listed on the website. No luck. Leaving this review in hopes someone will contact me.
