    Great color, ok leggings.

    The color is vibrant and fun - just as pictured. The fabric is not that stretchy; it’s tight on my knee caps and loose behind my knees. It’s a light color, so you can see dark or pattered underwear through it. The 23” length is a bit too short (like a capri) but the 28” is past my ankles. I even sized up to have more give and maybe the length would be better; this strategy only gave me 1/2-3-4”… How about a 25” for the petites? And a great color - not joking about that!
