Tees for Seas

With the relaunch of our Recycled Cotton Tee line in March 2023, we donated to One Tree Planted so they could plant one tree for every tee sold. With our June tee drop, we’re excited to continue the 1 for 1 model, but with a World Ocean Day twist. Now, for every 1 tee sold (starting June 8, 2023), we’ll donate $1 to Healthy Seas. With every $1 they receive, they’re able to clean up 1 lb of fishing nets from the ocean.

But that’s not all. The Girlfriend Team also wanted to head to our own backyard and clean up our local beach community. We were lucky enough to be invited to sponsor the LGBTQIA+ Safe Space and Beach Cleanup, hosted by the incredible Tatchi, and her community, Beach Haven. We provided tees for the event (which they customized to celebrate the occasion), and filled up bag after bag of trash from the beach.
